In an effort to better serve our customers, Easy Vapors has added FedEx shipping along side USPS Priority. This change allows us to offer true "no hassle package replacement".
Easy Vapors is required to ship orders with Adult Signature confirmation.
Shipping Options
USPS First Class - 5 to 10 days. No Package replacement if lost in transit.
USPS Priority - 2 to 7 days. Package replacement after 10 business days if lost in transit.
USPS EXPRESS - 1 to 2 days. Package replacement after 7 business days if lost in transit.
FedEx Express Saver - 3rd business day delivery service. Package replacement after 6 business days if lost in transit.
All risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered from this website is transferred to the customer once the package is marked as delivered.

No Hassle Package Replacement
EASYVAPORS will reship a replacement package or credit the customer's Easy Vapors' Rewards Point account for a package that has not been marked delivered within the replacement time frame listed in the shipping option selected by the customer during the checkout process. A replacement will be shipped or credit applied to the customer account will occur within 2 business days of a claim being processed.
  Acts of God including but not limited to hurricanes, blizzards, snowstorms, tornados, sandstorms, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and floods are exceptions to the date range of package delivery times as these are beyond the control of any carrier. Any act of God shall add additional time to the delivery with reasonable expectation. As an example; if it has been snowing heavily in your area for a few days and you can't see (or even possibly get to) your mailbox, chances are the carrier is having a hard time seeing and or getting to it also. Please be patient in these situations.
Shipped Packages
Shipping Times - Delivery time on a package starts the following day a package has been picked up and marked as "Accepted" by USPS; or the following Business day when picked up by FedEx. Label creation, noted as "Pre-Shipment Info" is not considered shipped or accepted by the carrier. Consider any shipping or transit time quoted to you by EASY VAPORS or other parties to be an estimate and approximate amount of time a package will take to reach its destination. Actual times may vary from time to time, depending on destination.

Package Tracking - A tracking number is sent via email for your shipment (to the email address provided to us in your account) showing EASY VAPORS has initiated shipment and is awaiting pick up by the carrier. Pick up by the carrier will generally happen the same day the shipment is created and tracking is initiated. A tracking number may take 24 hours from the time of pickup by the carrier to show the current information on the carrier's website. You may also find your packages tracking information in your account on Individual packages are not monitored by EASY VAPORS during transit, and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to track their package and to notify EASY VAPORS in the event there is an issue or if a package does not reach its destination. A package is only considered lost if it has not been marked as delivered within its specified time frame.
Order Fulfillment
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 10am EST generally ship the same day depending on demand. Orders placed after 10am EST will ship the following business day. Orders placed on Fridays after 10am EST, Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday (possibly Tuesday, depending on demand). EASY VAPORS will be closed on specified holidays; notifications will be posted on our website prior to the holiday closure. Orders placed on these days will not ship until the date/time published in the notification. All orders are packed and shipped in the order they are received.
Fulfillment Errors
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you feel there is an error please submit a request through our "Contact Us" page and provide an Invoice number or call us during normal business hours. EASY VAPORS may request pictures or video as confirmation of errors or malfunction. Requests for missing or incorrect items will not be accepted after 10 days from the date you have received your order which can be based off shipment tracking information.
Warranty Disclaimer (Returns, Repairs and Exchange Policy) Effective April 10th, 2015
Please read and understand our warranty and return policy before placing an order. There will be no order cancelations once an order has shipped.
No warranty on concentrated flavors, e-liquid, atomizers, clearomizers, coils or cartomizers (prefilled or empty).
Exchange parts will not be sent until the original part is returned to us and evaluated. Return shipping is at the customers' expense for parts returned to EASY VAPORS.
The default warranty period for all products is 30 days unless otherwise specified in the product description**.
Please test all products upon receipt as the warranty period starts when your item is delivered and expires whether you test it or not.
EASY VAPORS may request pictures or video as confirmation of errors or malfunction.
Products that are functional, not sold by EASY VAPORS, determined to be out of warranty or damaged by misuse, will be sent back without exchange.
**Eligibility for refunds, repairs or exchanges are limited to products determined to have manufacturing defects or premature failure. Products that are damaged through misuse, negligence, and abuse or modified or repaired by anyone other than EASY VAPORS are not eligible for exchange.

Concentrated Flavor and Prefilled Cartomizer Policy
Due to personal tastes and preferences we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges for e-liquid products. All e-liquid purchases are final.
Cartridges and Cartomizer Refund / Return Policy
Cartomizers and cartridges have no warranty and all purchases are final on these products.
